سياسة الطلبات – سلكت فاشن
- مدة تجهيز الطلبات من 14 إلى 26 يوم عمل، لا تشمل يومي الجمعة والسبت.
- لا يوجد استبدال أو استرجاع إلا في حال وجود خلل أو عيب بالقطعة، مع ضرورة إبلاغنا وإثبات الخلل خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
- في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، يتم إعادة المبلغ إلى نفس البطاقة المستخدمة بالدفع عبر سلة خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل، حسب سياسة البنك.
- لا يمكن تعديل الطلب بعد تأكيده، بما يشمل تغيير التصميم أو المقاس أو اللون.
- قد تختلف الألوان الظاهرة في الصور قليلاً بسبب الإضاءة أو دقة الشاشات المختلفة.
- بإتمام عملية الشراء، يعتبر العميل موافقًا على جميع السياسات المذكورة أعلاه
Policy – Select Fashion
- Order processing time is between 14–26 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item has a defect or fault, and the issue must be reported with proof within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Once a return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment card used through Salla within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank’s policy.
- Orders cannot be modified after confirmation, including design, size, or color changes.
- Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen display differences.
- By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to all the policies stated above.
